Started professional career as freelancer in remote-first environment - happy with that for last 12 years.

Over last few years I wore many hats – serving as software architect, team leader, project manager, fullstack software enginner, investor. Not every hat suited me best, but it was fruitful experience to see in what role I can operate in most productive and bringing satisfaction way.

Feeling best in

I deliver the best results when I become the connection between business managers and developers. I can make sure that their needs are met. On the one hand I provide the management (CEO, VP, CTO, Product Owner) with results in the required time (if possible!) and on the other hand I make sure development team is efficient and happy.
